Humble BEGINNINGS
1984
Started framing at $4 hour cash – minimum wage was $3.35.
1984-1990
Cabinets builder, homebuilder and commercial build-out apprentice.
1990
Graduated high school – worked with local custom home builder and roof contractor.
$6 hour cash – $8 cash after 90 days. Sold first roof @ $75 square.
1991
Continued framing and roofing. Offered a 25% roofing partnership. Earned $480/wk – $100K for summer.

2004
I left contracting for a construction management position with a Fortune 50 Builder in Jupiter, FL.
Hurricane Francis and Jeanne hit the East Coast and I jumped right back into the restoration game.
2005
Secured my Florida General Contractors license.
2006-2012
Secured my Florida roofing, public adjusting, independent adjusting and real estate licenses.
2008-2020
I specialized in commercial systems for single ply, modified bitumen, SPF foam, coatings, tile, metal and shakes in a dozen markets. I also grew my consulting and adjusting services in multiple states.
